Local Taxes & Your Salzburg Mobility Ticket: Please note that the mandatory local taxes (local tourism tax and mobility contribution) are charged on site, per person and per night for guests aged 15 and over. By paying the mobility contribution, you will receive your Salzburg Mobility Ticket, which allows you to use all public transport free of charge throughout the City of Salzburg and the entire Province of Salzburg during your stay!
We would also like to point out that we charge for electricity on a metered basis – the current rate is 0.95 euros per kilowatt-hour. For pitches by the lake, a summer flat rate of 5.00 Euros per day is applied. Energy prices are given as a guideline and may vary significantly due to fluctuations or inflationary changes.
Your dog is very welcome here. Information about pet fees, included services, and additional offers - such as access to the pool or wellness areas - can be found on our homepage.
Please notice that cancellations, earlier departures, later arrival and no shows will be charged according the Austrian hotel law.
